Description:
PVC insulated electric wire belong to the series of laying electrical wire,which is mainly suitable for laying at the fixed places.It is widely used as lighting,connectors of drive, electric equipments,instrument and telecommunication equipments.The rated voltage is 450/750V(U0/U) or below.Part of the plastic wires are used at the equipment with AC rated voltage up to 300/300V .
Standard: GB Standard and IEC Standard.
GB 5023.11997450/750V or below PVC insulated electric wires,JB 8734.15-1998450/750V or under PVC insulated cables,electric wires and flexible wiresand Q/ZEL 02-2002Piastic insulated electric wires and cables.GB 5023.17-1997 is identical to IEC227,and type are same as the stipulation of IEC,technical specification is just the same,and more we have extended the range of the type to fit for the requipment of the consumers.

conductor are stranded, high conductivity plain annealed copper wires meeting the requirements of the class in BS 6360 and IEC 228 specifications for "Conductors in insulated cables with solid copper conductors are offered up to 2.5 Sq.mm.
PVC Insulated Wire Insulation

Where specifically required, wiring cables can be offered with heat resistance PVC insulated grade. Type 5 (85 cType T1 3 (90 c). These cables are identified by the grade of PVC.

Unless specially agreed otherwise, insullation colours are in accordance with BS 6004 specification as follows:
Single Core: Red, Black, Yellow, Blue, Green / Yellow
Two Core: Red and Black
Three Core: Red,Yellow and Blue
Four Core: Red, Yellow, Blue and Black
Five Core: Red, Yellow, Blue, Black and Green / Yellow
